Maybe you just need to be guided in the right direction.At Power Bounce we run a 8 week healthy living programme. On this programme you will have a personal mentor who will coach you week by week.

As your mentors we will work out a personal programme for you so you know how many calories, grams of fat, protein and carbs your body requires each day to lose or maintain your weight. The calculations are based on your body type, activity levels and weight and are specifically what YOUR body needs.

We will monitor your progress each week with a weekly weigh in. Measuring not just your weight but also your body fat, muscle mass, hydration levels and your metabolic age.

You will be added to our support group where you will find healthy meal recipes, snack ideas, useful info on healthy eating and forming healthy habits. Any questions you may have can also be answered and shared within the group.

During the 8 weeks you will learn how to live a healthy balanced lifestyle that is easy to maintain after the 8 weeks.

This isn't a competion it is a programme designed to help keep you motivated and accountable.

The weigh ins will be done before the Power Bounce classes with your coach.
